 داروی پلاویکس – Plavix

موارد مصرف

در صورت وجود هر یک از شرایط زیر و برای جلوگیری از لخته شدن خون و کاهش خطر ابتلا به خطرات ناشی از آن، داروی پالاویکس تجویز می‌شود:

اگر بیمار دچار سختی رگ‌ها شده که با عنوان تصلب شرایین نیز شناخته می‌شود

اگر بیمار قبلاً یک حمله قلبی ، سکته مغزی ، انفارکتوس حاد داشته و یا به بیماری شریان محیطی مبتلاست ، یا

اگر بیمار دچار درد شدید قفسه سینه شده باشد (که با عنوان “آنژین ناپایدار” یا “سکته قلبی” (حمله قلبی) شناخته می‌شود). برای درمان این مشکلات ممکن است پزشک یک استنت در شریانی که تنگ شده یا دچار انسداد است قرار دهد تا جریان خون را به شرایط مناسبی برگرداند. همچنین برای بیمار آ. اس. آ ، ( استیل سالیسیلیک اسید یا به اختصار آ. اس. آ ، که در ترکیب بسیاری از داروها برای تسکین درد و کاهش تب و همچنین جلوگیری از لخته شدن خون وجود دارد) تجویز می‌شود.

روش مصرف

مکانیسم اثر کلوپیدوگرل

کلوپیدوگرل باعث وقفه در اتصال ADP به گیرنده های آن روی سطح پلاکت ها می شود و در نتیجه باعث فعالسازی گلیکوپروتئین کمپلکس IIb/IIIa را که بواسطه ADP انجام می شود ، مختل می کند. بدین وسیله باعث توقف تجمع پلاکتی می شود.

داروی کلوپیدوگرل بصورت غیر قابل برگشت گیرنده پلاکتی ADP را مسدود می کند در نتیجه پلاکتهایی که در معرض این دارو قرار می گیرند بصورت دائمی متاثر خواهند شد.

شرایط نگهداری

دارو را دور ازدید و دسترس کودکان نگه دارید.
